Open-Hardware has many advantages for its users as he is always in control of his product. No vendor lock-in and the guarantee that you will always have the possibility to extend your instrument with your own add-ons.

OpenRAMAN Spectrometers
Raman spectroscopy let you analyse the nature of the chemical groups in your sample. It is an extremely powerful analytical technique that let you discriminate chemicals that would otherwise look very similar.
InSight autocollimators
Nothing can be as complex as aligning optical systems! With the InSight autocollimators, you can adjust the focus of cameras, reticle targets, collimate fibers and align optical surface parallel within fractions of degrees. The system is particularly useful to align 4f microscopy systems!
